Terms and Conditions

Effective date: September 28, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by The Aureum Firm (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through this website (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

1. Informational Purposes Only

The content on this Site is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes professional advice, including but not limited to legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You should not act or refrain from acting on the basis of any content on this Site without seeking appropriate professional advice tailored to your particular circumstances from a qualified advisor.

Any descriptions of our revenue-recovery consulting services, methodologies, or potential outcomes are illustrative only and are not guarantees, predictions, or assurances of particular results.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Past or expected performance, case studies, or examples of revenue recovery or operational improvements described on the Site are provided for explanatory purposes only. They do not guarantee or predict any particular outcome for you or your organization. Actual results will depend on a variety of factors, many of which are outside our control.

We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any individual, business, or organization will achieve any specific financial, operational, or other results by engaging with our content or our services.

3. Scope of Services; Client Agreements Control

This Site may describe revenue-recovery consulting or related services that we may make available to clients (the “Services”). Any actual Services we provide are governed exclusively by one or more written agreements between the Company and the applicable client (each, a “Client Agreement”).

If you become a client, the specific terms of your engagement with us — including scope, deliverables, fees, confidentiality obligations, data protection, and any other rights or responsibilities — will be set out in your Client Agreement and will supersede any conflicting information on this Site. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a Client Agreement, the Client Agreement will control with respect to the Services covered by that agreement.

4. Confidentiality and Data

Confidentiality obligations regarding your information, data, or business operations are governed by the applicable Client Agreement, if any. This Site is not intended to be used to submit sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information. You should not send us confidential or sensitive information through the Site contact forms or by email unless and until you have an executed Client Agreement or we have otherwise expressly agreed in writing to receive such information on a confidential basis.

5. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that entity’s behalf and that the entity agrees to be responsible to us if you or the entity violate these Terms.

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • Use the Site to send, upload, or transmit any material that is invasive of another’s privacy, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other systems, or networks connected to the Site;
  • Use any automated means, including robots, spiders, or data-mining tools, to access, monitor, or copy any part of the Site without our prior written consent;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site or any related system or network; or
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your internal business purposes and for evaluating our Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content on the Site, except as incidental to normal web browsing or as we may expressly permit in writing.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other brand features displayed on the Site are the property of the Company or their respective owners. You may not use any such marks without our prior written permission or the consent of the applicable owner.

7. Third-Party Content and Links

The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, resources, tools, or services (“Third-Party Services”). These Third-Party Services are provided for your convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or make any representations or warranties regarding any Third-Party Services, and we are not responsible for any content, products, services, or practices of third parties.

If you access any Third-Party Services, you do so at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the third parties that provide them. We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on any Third-Party Services.

8. Disclaimers

Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and all information, content, and materials made available through the Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Without limiting the foregoing, we specifically disclaim any and all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, as well as any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not warrant or make any representation regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information available through the Site, and you are solely responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Company or its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site, any content on the Site, or these Terms, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you have paid to us, if any, for access to the Site during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your access to or use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of another person or entity. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you agree to cooperate with our defense of that matter.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States, including applicable federal law and the laws of the relevant U.S. states, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule that would require or permit the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

12. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may, in our sole discretion and at any time, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, with or without notice. We may also update or revise these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Effective date” at the top. Any changes will be effective when posted unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Site after the revised Terms have been posted means that you accept and agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site.

13. Termination

We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon any termination of your access, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including without limitation those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

14. Contact Information
